Preparation

Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of dried mint leaves and leave it to infuse for 5-10 minutes in a covered container, then strain. It must not be cooked. The infusion is drunk 2-3 times a day. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
