Lemon balm promotes positive mood, relaxation and sleep.
It also supports normal digestion. 


Ingredients

  • Anise, fruit (Pimpinella anisum)
  • Lemon balm herb (Melissa officinalis) (40 %)
  • Peppermint herb (Mentha piperita)
  • Lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia).

Preparing

Pour boiling water (0,25 l) over 1 tea bag (2 g) and leave it to infuse for 5 min in a covered cup. Do not boil. Prepare immediately before use.
For infants under 1 year of age, give the tea reasonably warm, by spoonful or from a baby bottle.
Children from 6 months to 3 years drink 1 cup daily.
Children from 3 years drink 1 cup 2 to 3 times a day.
